Function address 0x... caused a protection fault, HP printer

What:

Printing properties via Adobe Reader or Microsoft Word on Windows 7

Problem:

When you click in Adobe Reader or Microsoft Word File > Print then Properties it pop ups with the following error message:
"Function address 0x... caused a protection fault. Some or all property page(s) may not be displayed."

Solution:

Go to Printer properties > Advanced tab and install new printer driver or previous version of the driver.
