Windows Terminal Server, disable Windows Update notifications for users

What:

Windows Terminal Server 2008 R2

Problem:

Non administrative users are getting notification message every 10 minutes to postpone system restart, restart button itself is grey out.

Solution:

Open up Group Policy Manager on your domain controller and create new policy.
User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update
Remove access to use all Windows Update features = Enabled
Configure notifications = 0-Do not show any notifications
Link group policy to users.

It will impact all machines users are logging in, but it's not an issue for me, they will still install updates when shutting down the system.
