Problem:

Error while archiving folder "Inbox" in store "Mailbox". Some items could not be copied. They were either moved or deleted, or access was denied.

Solution:

Microsoft Exchange Server database is corrupt. Use Isinteg.exe tool to check and to fix the integrity of the information store databases including the private information store, Priv.edb, and the public information store, Pub.edb.

You need to start the information store service and dismount the databases. You can only check databases that are offline.

Run the following command multiple times until all errors are fixed:

c:\program files\exchsrvr\bin>isinteg -s <server> -fix -test alltests
