Sage 50 Accounts 2015 (UK) with network share on SBS 2008

What:

Sage 50 Accounts and Small Business Server 2008

Problem:

Customer has Sage data on the network share. He upgraded Sage Accounts software to 2015, which now requires installing Data Service on the SBS 2008. After installing service I still get the following error on the client's PC:
"Unable to connect to the Sage Data Service on machine <hostname>"

Problem:

When you go to Windows SBS Console > Security > Updates and click on "Change the software update settings" you get a following message:

Event ID 10016 logged on Windows SBS 2008

What:

Problem:

Event ID 10016 from DistributedCOM

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {61738644-F196-11D0-9953-00C04FD919C1} to the user NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE SID (S-1-5-20) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

Self issued security certificate has expired, Windows SBS 2008

Problem:

Logged Warning Event ID: 64, certificate is about to expire.
Finally users are getting Security Alert pop-up in Outlook:
"The security certificate has expired or is not yet valid"
